Bought a new toilet & had it installed. Process was easy & service was reliable. Brad even made sure that the bathroom was left tidy. Professional from start to finish!
Brad and Karn were fantastic. They quickly and efficiently replaced our aging hot water tank with a clean, professional installation. They arrived on time, was extremely polite, and left no trace of a mess behind. Highly recommended for anyone needing water heater services.
I booked via telephone a service call for a leaking kitchen faucet and a leaking pedestal bathroom sink. I live in Anmore. I was given a time slot later in same day. The plumber Randeep showed up on time and right from the first he impressed me with his pleasant demeanor. As he inspected the two cases, he constantly explained in detail the problem and the possible solutions. I never felt any pressure or "upselling" from him. After we agreed on work to be done, he had to get some of the parts. Within 1 hour round trip he returned and did the work very professionally and kept me apprised of the results. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.
Karn from The Crazy Plumber was absolutely amazing! He handled everything from start to finish, thoroughly tested different possibilities, and took the time to explain what was going on. What impressed me most was that he genuinely tried to find the most cost-effective solution instead of pushing unnecessary repairs or extra charges. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and very hardworking. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about helping customers and providing fair pricing. The quality of his work was excellent, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend Karn and The Crazy Plumber to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber. Outstanding service, fair pricing, and exceptional customer care!

Great service, from answering the phone calls to giving the ETA and the quote. I unfortunately couldn't use the service because of my house's restriction. But they still made the trip down to my place and gave me a quote for free. Tony was amazing, friendly, on time and very professional. Highly recommend!
