Brad came over at short notice to check a leak in our faucet. It was an easier fix than we anticipated and Brad fixed it for no charge. Appreciated the honesty as we had been quoted a ridiculous amount by another local plumber. Will definitely use the Crazy Plumber for future plumbing needs.
This company is exceptional. Our plumber Brad skillfully and efficiently sorted out a number of issues at our house. The charges were reasonable and the response time very quick. He was also kind and easy to work with. It is clear this company wants to earn its customers and keep them.
We had an emergency problem with water in our bathroom and after frantic calls to get someone to come in that wasn't going to cost us an arm and a leg while we were on leave for the birth of our child. Karn came in that day without an extra fee and was friendly, considerate, kind and professional. He was able to diagnose our problem in minutes and walked us through how we could go about fixing it for the best value. Truly turned our awful day around and make our huge problem fixable. I would recommend Karn over and over again!
Ryan came to fix my clogged shower drain and he did the job within an hour! Quick and efficient! Thank you!!
Awesome guys. Ryan was very friendly, and a huge help removing our old boilers, installing new ones, as well as replacing our broken garbage disposal unit! Thanks again!
Just got our garburator removed and kitchen sinks piping redone by Ryan. He also fixed our Water heater's drainage pipe quickly . Everything went well. Would definitely recommend for anyone that'd within the Tri Cites area.
I had Brad from “The Crazy Plumber” come over for a plumbing issue. He took care of the problem for me whereas 2 other plumbers from another company couldn’t. Also 2 other unrelated minor fixes @ N/C. Very knowledgeable with many years of experience. Brad has patience and will listen. There’s no hesitation to recommend “The Crazy Plumber Co.”
I had an amazing experience with The Crazy Plumber, specifically Brad, who truly lived up to the name (in the best way possible). He was incredibly fast, reliable, and affordable, which is already a win, but what really stood out was how kind and easygoing he was throughout the whole process. Within minutes of arriving, he was hauling what looked like a 400-pound auger machine up two flights of stairs like it was part of his daily workout routine. Honestly, I was impressed before he even started the job. The clog didn’t stand a chance. He handled it quickly and efficiently, and before I knew it, everything was working perfectly again. In and out, no stress, no mess. Bonus points: professional, friendly… and not hard on the eyes either 😉 If you’re looking for someone who gets the job done right (and makes the whole experience surprisingly pleasant), Brad at The Crazy Plumber is your guy. Highly recommend! 🐝💜🫶🏻
We have used Crazy twice, both in emergency situations. Ryan and Brad, the plumbers to answer our calls, were fast, efficient, skilled, and lovely people. We won’t call anyone else and have the card tucked away for all our plumbing needs.
Ryan did great on my underground drain repair. Recommend the crazy plumber
I highly recommend the Crazy Plumber! Bradley promptly came to our home to address an issue we had with our hot water tank. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was and fixed it. We were quite concerned about how serious the issue was. But Bradley was clear, professional, honest, and that made for a very positive experience. Again, we highly recommend the Crazy Plumber!
Excellent service experience from initial call to completion of work. New hot water tank and PRV in crawlspace done super quick. Technician was friendly and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Pointed out future potential issues as well with no hard sell which was great. I highly recommend this company.
Needed to extend plumbing through the wall from one room to another to accommodate a sink on the other side. Asked a local fb group for recommendations and The Crazy Plumber came highly recommended. Phoned and Brad was there the next afternoon to quote and got started right away. Work was done very quickly with no compromise on quality. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for friendly, fast and quality plumbing service. Thanks again Brad.
